    How does my resume appear to companies in reality? 

    A
    Resume confirmation is possible after logging in to 'Changing information > My Page > Resume Management,' where you can check the status of each resume if you have multiple ones. 


    Companies view the same screen as well.

    Can individual members not post job postings? 

    A

    Posting and managing job postings are services provided to corporate members. 

    Please sign up/login as a corporate member and use the job posting feature.

    How do I register my resume? 

    A

    If you haven't registered your resume yet, go to 'Changing information > My Page > Resume Management > Register Resume.’ 

    Enter accurate and detailed information such as title, working conditions, education/qualifications, and work experience. 

    Write a sincere self-introduction and click the [Registration] button at the bottom to save your resume. 

    You can register up to 6 resumes.

    If I modify my resume, will it also modify the resumes I've submitted to past companies? 

    A

    No, it won't. Resumes submitted to past companies are saved as the resumes submitted for those specific job postings and won't be changed even if you modify your resume. 

    However, changes to your personal information such as membership details, contact information, and email will be reflected in past resumes.

    Is membership registration free?

    Yes, it's free. 

    Simply input basic personal information like ID, password, and email address in the top right corner of the screen, and once mobile phone verification is completed, you'll be registered and able to use the service.

    1. Close the webpage (http://tips.jbdaon.com/) and try again. 


    2. Reboot your computer (turn off your computer and restart the web). 


    3. Contact the customer center at 044-414-9095 or send detailed error information via 1:1 service inquiry.

    Can TIPS view my resume information besides the companies I've applied to?

    No, TIPS does not view it.

    No, your resume and job postings will not disappear after the event.

    There are plans for future changes to enhance job recruitment activities.
