Terms of Service Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 Purpose These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are established to regulate the terms and procedures for using all services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the advanced talent matching website of "Global Recruitment Matching" (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), as well as the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the users and the website. Article 2 Effect and Amendment of the Terms These Terms take effect upon registration on the Operator's website. The Operator may amend these Terms with reasonable cause, and in such case, the amended terms will be announced at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the amendment. If the customer does not agree to the amended terms, they may terminate the service agreement and discontinue using the service at any time. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the amended terms will be deemed as the user's consent to the amended terms. Article 3 Definitions of Terms The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows: 1. User: A person who receives services provided by the website in accordance with these Terms. 2. Registration: The act of completing the service agreement by providing the required information on the application form provided by the website and agreeing to these Terms. 3. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the website and is eligible to use the services provided by the website. 4. ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the user and assigned by the website for the identification and use of the user's services. 5. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the user for confirming the user's identity and protecting their privacy in communication. 6. Withdrawal: The act of a member terminating the service agreement. Chapter 2 Provision and Use of Services Article 4 Establishment and Withdrawal of Service Agreement The service agreement is established when the applicant completes the registration by recording the required information on the standard application form provided by the website online. The website may cancel the following service agreements: 1. When the application is made using someone else's name. 2. When false information is provided or when the application is made. 3. When acts such as interfering with the use of the website's services by others or impersonating their information are committed. 4. When acts prohibited by laws and these Terms are carried out using the website. 5. When the requirements for service application set by the website are not met. Article 5 Consent to the Use of Member Information The personal information of members is protected under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information held by Public Institutions. Member information on the website is used, managed, and protected as follows. By applying for use in accordance with these Terms, members are considered to agree to the collection and use of their information by the website as stated in the application form. 1. Use of Personal Information: The website will not disclose or distribute members' personal information to third parties without their consent, except when required by law, such as by the provisions of the Telecommunications Basic Act, for the purposes of a criminal investigation, at the request of the Korea Communications Standards Commission, or in accordance with other relevant laws and procedures. However, this does not apply if you have voluntarily disclosed your personal information on the website. 2. Management of Personal Information: Members can modify/delete their personal information at any time through the member information modification function to protect and manage their personal information. 3. Protection of Personal Information: Only members can access/modify/ delete their personal information, which is solely managed by their ID and password. Therefore, members should not disclose their ID and password to others, and they should always log out after completing their tasks. Article 6 Security of User Information From the moment the applicant completes the registration process for the website service, the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the entered information, and the member shall be solely responsible for all consequences arising from the use of the member's ID and password. The member is responsible for all management related to their ID and password, and if the member discovers that their ID or password has been used improperly, they must immediately report it to the website. The member shall be solely responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to report. Users must accurately terminate their connection each time they finish using the website service, and the website shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the failure to do so, which may lead to third parties using the user's information, and the like. Article 7 Suspension of Service The website may restrict or suspend the use of services at its discretion if a user violates the contents of these Terms. In cases where service interruption occurs due to reasons beyond the control of the website (such as intentional or non-negligent disk failure by system administrators, system downtime, etc.), advance notice may not be possible. In cases of system interruption caused by intentional or negligent actions of third parties (telecommunications companies, telecommunications service providers, etc.), notification may not be provided. The website may temporarily suspend the service without notice due to urgent system checks, additions, replacements, or if it deems it appropriate to completely discontinue the current service due to reasons such as replacement with a new service. In cases where normal service provision is impossible due to national emergencies, power outages, equipment failures, or overwhelming service usage, the website may restrict or suspend all or part of the service. However, in such cases, the reasons and duration will be announced to users in advance or afterward. Article 8 Changes and Termination of Service The website shall not be liable for any profits or losses expected by you through the use of the service or for any damages incurred due to information obtained through the service. The website shall not be liable for the reliability, accuracy, or content of the information, data, or facts posted by members on the service. The website shall not be liable for damages incurred by subscribers in relation to the use of the service, except for damages caused intentionally or negligently by the subscriber. Article 9 Copyright of Posts You retain the rights to the content of the posts you make. The website reserves the right to edit or relocate the posted content without prior notice and may delete it in accordance with the operating principles of the bulletin board without prior notice. You are solely responsible for any civil or criminal liability arising from infringement of the copyrights of others by your posts. Chapter 3 Duties and Responsibilities Article 10 Duties of the Website The website shall not disclose or distribute a member's personal information to third parties without their consent. However, this does not apply if required by relevant laws, such as telecommunications-related laws, or upon request from relevant government agencies. Article 11 Member's Responsibilities Members may not engage in any profit-making activities using the service without prior approval from the website. Information requested during member registration must be accurately provided. Furthermore, members must maintain and update the information provided to ensure its accuracy. Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password. Members shall not engage in the following actions related to the use of the website service: 1. Unauthorized use of another member's password and ID. 2. Transmitting, posting, or publishing content that is vulgar, obscene, abusive, threatening, or infringes upon the privacy of others via the service, email, or any other means. 3. Falsifying the source of transmitted content via the service. 4. Posting, publishing, or transmitting content that is prohibited by law or contract. 5. Posting, publishing, or transmitting content that infringes upon the patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of others. 6. Posting, publishing, or transmitting unauthorized advertisements, promotional materials, spam emails, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation without the website's approval. 7. Establishing or storing other users' personal information. 8. Engaging in criminal activities or activities related to other criminal acts. 9. Acting against public morals or disrupting social order. 10. Defaming or insulting the honor of others. 11. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others. 12. Engaging in hacking or distributing computer viruses. 13. Persistently transmitting advertising information or certain content contrary to the intentions of others. 14. Engaging in any acts that may disrupt or potentially disrupt the safe operation of the service. 15. Altering information posted on the website. 16. Engaging in any acts in violation of Article 53, Paragraph 1 of the Telecommunications Business Act and Article 16 (Indecent Communications) of the Enforcement Decree of the Telecommunications Business Act. Chapter 4 Miscellaneous Article 12 Prohibition of Transfer Members are prohibited from transferring or donating their service usage rights or any other contractual status to others. Article 13 Compensation for Damages The website shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in relation to the free services provided, except for damages resulting from intentional criminal acts committed by the website. Article 14 Disclaimer In the event that the Website is unable to provide services due to force majeure, war, or other circumstances equivalent thereto, the responsibility for providing the service shall be exempted. The Website shall be exempt from liability for damages caused by unavoidable circumstances such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspections, construction, etc., of the service equipment. The Website shall not be liable for damages caused by errors in the user's computer or incomplete provision of personal information and email addresses by the member resulting in loss. The Website shall neither endorse nor oppose nor modify opinions expressed by members or third parties in any case. The Website shall not be responsible for any benefits or losses incurred by users relying on the information provided by the service. The Website shall not be liable for any transactions, whether commercial or financial, between members or between members and third parties through the service. The Website shall not be liable for damages arising from the user's intentional or negligent actions in relation to the use of the service. Article 15 Jurisdiction In case of disputes arising from the use of the service between the Website and users, Korean law shall apply, and any lawsuits arising from this dispute shall be brought before the courts of Korea. Supplementary Provisions This agreement shall be effective from May 01, 2024.

To protect customer's personal information and to promptly and smoothly handle related complaints, the Operator establishes and discloses the following personal information processing guidelines. 01 Collection and Use of Personal Information The Operator collects and uses personal information for the following purposes: - Processing personal information for purposes such as website membership registration, online job application, verification of membership intentions, authentication and identification for providing member services, maintenance and management of membership qualifications, prevention of service misuse, various notifications, complaint handling, etc. - Processing personal information for the purpose of providing services (content provision, etc.). 02 Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information - The Operator processes and retains personal information within the period agreed upon when collecting personal information from customers or within the period required by law for the retention and use of personal information. - The processing and retention periods for each category of personal information are as follows: · Website membership registration, online job application: Until the withdrawal from the Operator's website, except in cases where investigation or inspection is ongoing due to violations of relevant laws, until the conclusion of such investigation or inspection. · Content provision: Until the completion of content provision, except for the retention period of telecommunication fact confirmation data under Article 41 of the "Telecommunications Secrecy Protection Act.“ 03 Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties The Operator processes customer's personal information only within the scope specified in [Collection and Use of Personal Information], and provides personal information to third parties only in cases corresponding to Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as customer consent or special provisions of the law. 04 Rights, Obligations, and Exercise Methods of Customers Customers may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection against the Operator at any time. The exercise of these rights can be made to the Operator in writing, by phone, via email, facsimile (FAX), etc., and the Operator will promptly take measures in response. 1. Request for suspension of processing 05 Items of Personal Information Processed The Operator processes the following items of personal information: 1. Online job application · Personal information such as name, phone number, visa information, educational background, qualification information, self-introduction, and various certificates 3. The following items of personal information may be automatically generated and collected during the process of using internet services: · IP address, cookies, MAC address, service usage records, visit records, records of improper use, etc. 06 Disposal of Personal Information The Operator promptly destroys the relevant personal information when it becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the retention period for personal information or the achievement of the processing purpose. However, if personal information must be retained in accordance with other laws despite the expiration of the agreed retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose as agreed by the customer, the Operator will transfer the personal information to a separate database (DB) or store it separately. 07 Right to Refuse Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information and Restrictions Resulting from Refusal of Consent You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. If you refuse consent, you will not be able to register as a member and will not be able to use the services provided on this site. 08 Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information The Operator takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information: 1.
